The terms that apply when you use Artuditu, its optional agent skills, and artu.jdev.run.

Acceptance
By using Artuditu, an optional Artuditu agent skill, or artu.jdev.run, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Local software and user control
Artuditu is local terminal software. An enabled skill can ask the installed Artuditu command to inspect or change workspaces, tabs, panes, agents, worktrees, tasks, and user interface state. You are responsible for reviewing requests, granting only appropriate permissions, and keeping backups of important work.
Only use Artuditu with systems, repositories, accounts, and agents that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for commands you approve and for the results of tools Artuditu starts or controls.
Third-party tools
Artuditu integrates with tools that are provided by other parties. Their availability, behavior, licenses, data practices, and terms are controlled by their providers. Artuditu is not responsible for a third-party tool or service.
Open source license
The Artuditu source code is offered under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 or later. The repository LICENSE controls your rights to copy, modify, and distribute that code. These website terms do not replace the open source license.
No warranty
Artuditu is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. The project does not promise that the software will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Artuditu project and its contributors are not liable for lost data, lost profits, service interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Artuditu.

These terms may change as Artuditu develops. Updates will be published on this page with a new date. Questions and support requests can be filed in the Artuditu issue tracker.
